Deutsche Mittelstandsfinanz exclusively advised the solar roof tile manufacturer PA-ID on entering into a strategic partnership with Ernst Schweizer AG

Deutsche Mittelstandsfinanz, Frankfurt, advised PA-ID Process GmbH from Kleinostheim (Germany) on entering into a strategic partnership with Ernst Schweizer AG from Hedingen (Canton of Zurich), Switzerland.

PA-ID Process GmbH is a technologically leading manufacturer of solar roof tiles and PVT modules.

The strategic partnership with Ernst Schweizer AG, a supplier of photovoltaic modules and roof systems, will enable to meet the high demand for solar roof tiles developed by PA-ID more quickly. In addition, further customers, especially abroad, can be supplied.

Ernst Schweizer AG will include the solar roof tiles developed by PA-ID in its product range, distribute them and provide the necessary production capacities. Ernst Schweizer AG has three production sites in Switzerland and Austria and generates sales of EUR 175 million with 450 employees.

As part of a structured search process, Deutsche Mittelstandsfinanz identified Ernst Schweizer AG as a strategic partner for PA-ID and advised PA-ID on entering into the strategic partnership.
