Deutsche Mittelstandsfinanz-team members exclusively advised a major shareholder of CS Consulting GmbH, Hanover, on the sale of his 18%-share in the company.

CS Consulting GmbH was the holding of CS Consulting AG which at approx. EUR 50m turnover was of of the largest IT-service providers for banks and insurance companies before it was acquired by the French IT-corporation CapGemini.
