Team members of Deutsche Mittelstandsfinanz (www.dmfin.com) advised financial investor LRP Capital on the acquisition of a 60%-share of CS Consulting AG who specializes in IT-consulting for banks and looked after the investment.

Until it was successfully sold to French IT-corporation CapGemini, CS Consulting doubled its turnover to EUR 50m becoming one of the biggest IT-consulting firms for banks and insurance companies in Germany.
