Deutsche Mittelstandsfinanz-team members advised a leading international industrial group on the structuring and negotiation of two asset-backed securities programs and subsequently managed both programs.

Due to the revolving collaterization of both ABS-program using German and international receivables the working capital of the industrial group could be substantially reduced.
