DMF advised IBL Umwelt- und Biotechnik on the sale to Mull und Partner Group

MuP Verwaltungs- und Beteiligungs AG, Tegernsee, Germany, has acquired IBL Umwelt- und Biotechnik GmbH, Heidelberg, Germany.

For more than 30 years, the Mull und Partner group of companies with more than 350 engineers has been one of the leading German engineering companies in the fields of environment, infrastructure, construction management, real estate development, renewable energies and water management.

Since its foundation in 1984, IBL has stood for complete environmental solutions. Due to the close cooperation of experienced engineers and surveyors with laboratories and technology in a group of companies (DIE UMWELT FACTORY), special competence for innovations and efficient solutions in environmental protection has been developed.

IBL is a specialist and leading provider for the prevention and elimination of environmental damage.

Through the acquisition of IBL, the Mull und Partner group of companies further strengthens its presence in Baden-Württemberg.
