Deutsche Mittelstandsfinanz and HFG China advised Mithril GmbH on the sale of Global Solar Energy to Hanergy

Deutsche Mittelstandsfinanz and HFG China conjointly acted as financial advisors to Mithril GmbH, a German family office, regarding the sale of 100% of the shares in Global Solar Energy, Inc., Tucson (Arizona), USA (Global Solar) to Chinese energy company Hanergy, Beijing.

Founded in 1996 Global Solar is one of the pioneers of the solar industry. Global Solar is a technological leader regarding the industrial production of light-weight CIGS- (copper-indium-gallium-diselenide) based solar products.
