Deutsche Mittelstandsfinanz (www.dmfin.com) advised the shareholder of TOMED Dr. Toussaint GmbH, Bensheim, in a structured sales process. The former sole shareholder and managing director Dr. Winfried Toussaint sold his shares to ASF medical GmbH, Cologne, as part of a business succession.

TOMED is an innovative supplier in sleep medicine, particularly of mandibular advancement devices to treat light to medium forms of sleep apnoea as well as supplier of OB/GYN-products.

Together with the new shareholder ASF medical GmbH, Cologne, TOMED is now able to even better realize the substantial potential of the products that were newly developed in recent years.
