DMF Group advises on sale of leading custom software developer AraCom AG to Maxburg

DMF Group, Frankfurt, exclusively advised the owners of AraCom IT Services AG, Gersthofen near Augsburg, in a structured, international sales process.

The AraCom Group, with branches in Augsburg, Munich, Stuttgart and Bamberg, is one of the leading German developers of powerful custom software.

AraCom's customers include large SMEs along with well-known DAX corporations from a wide range of industrial and service segments. With more than 200 employees, AraCom is growing continuously at around 20% per year and achieved sales of approx. €25 million in 2022.

In the course of the sales process conducted by DMF Group, Maxburg Capital Partners emerged as the best possible partner to continue driving AraCom's strong growth in the coming years.

The transaction completes the previously initiated corporate succession process. The two board members Winfried Busch and Dr. Christian Teitzel will continue to manage AraCom in the future.
