Deutsche Mittelstandsfinanz GmbH, a leading owner-managed consulting firm specializing in corporate succession and corporate transactions for medium-sized companies, has entered into a strategic partnership with Corporate Finance Associates Worldwide.
cfa worldwide was founded in the USA in 1957 and thus is one of the oldest and most experienced M&A consultancies, with over 40 offices worldwide. Like Deutsche Mittelstandsfinanz, cfa is owner-managed. cfa's advisory focus is on bank-independent consulting for corporate transactions up to an enterprise value of USD 500 million.
Thanks to the new strategic partnership with cfa worldwide, Deutsche Mittelstandsfinanz will be able to support its clients in cross-border transactions even more efficiently in the future.
